    Introduction to a relaxing family sound bath - Free Class

    If you've never tried a sound bath before, then you're in for a real treat.

    Through a deep, relaxing journey, the sound bath will provide the ultimate relaxation experience. You’ll be surrounded by beautiful sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls and gongs.

    This workshop is open to families, including children, and will be particularly useful for those suffering from anxiety, stress and sleep disorders.
