  Come along to our 'Be prepared' information event for free advice on how to help improve your daily living.

  Our Spring event will be held at

  Belfast City Hall on Wednesday 4 May 2016 from 10.30am to 12.30pm

  Highlights include

  • advice on being active,
  • services that are available to older people in Belfast,
  • free taster activities, and
  • home safety.
