  Children and Parents Olympic Weightlifting Class

  6:30pm - 8:30pm St Gabriel’s Weightlifting Club

  An Olympic weightlifting coaching session for children and their parents.  You will be coached through various movements of the main types of lifts, using technique bars and wooden bars.
